# Keyboard shortcuts

> Every keyboard shortcut in InnerHook, a lyrics writing app, for Mac and for Windows and Linux, from new songs and Write mode to the stage.

InnerHook works well from the keyboard. Here's every shortcut in the app, grouped by where you use it. On a Mac, ⌘ is Command, ⌥ is Option and ⇧ is Shift.

## Anywhere in the app

## Home and the New song dialog

| ⌘ ↵ | Ctrl Enter | On Home: **Continue writing** (opens your last song) |
| ↵ | Enter | On Home, when nothing else has the focus: **Continue writing** |
| ⌘ ↵ | Ctrl Enter | In the New song dialog: press the quick button at the top (**Start writing** or **Autodraft ✨**) from any question |
| ↵ | Enter | In the New song dialog: next question |
